Chad Denen is Principal of Najeti Ventures. Prior to joining Najeti, he spent three years at the Brunswick Corporation, most recently as Managing Director of Mergers & Acquisitions responsible for all aspects of M&A, including target company valuation, oversight of due diligence, negotiation of agreements, and integration planning. Prior to this, he was an Associate with GTCR Golder Rauner, with primary focus on portfolio activities, including assisting portfolio companies with strategic and financial initiatives. Chad began his career at Arthur Andersen, providing financial and accounting due diligence consulting services for private equity clients in their Transactions Advisory Group. He has observer positions on the Boards of Directors of Prestolite Electric and MVP Group International. He holds a B.S. in accountancy from the University of Illinois and is a Certified Public Accountant.
